Dear member of Capital City Sailing Association (CCSA),
Sailing means something different to each of us. Whether we are racers, cruisers, volunteers, or spectators, we all choose to belong to CCSA because we know there is nothing quite like being on the water.
As you may be aware, CCSA is a member organization of US Sailing, and a part of their Member Value Partner (MVP) Program. Being an MVP partner enables CCSA to receive credits when you join or renew your annual US Sailing membership. You’ll have access to discounted pricing and your membership will directly give back to our programs, as CCSA earns credits for each membership purchased. CCSA can use these credits to pay for nearly everything at US Sailing.
MVP membership pricing:
- Youth – $25 (discounted from $30)
- Individual – $55 (discounted from $65)
- Family – $85 (discounted from $115)
Ways MVP credits can support our programs:
- Train instructors for our Junior Sailing Program
- Ability to send a representative to attend Sailing Leadership Forum or National Sailing Programs
Symposium
- Purchase sailing program materials, supplies and prizes from the US Sailing Store
I would like to thank all of you who are current US Sailing members and ask those who are not yet members to consider following CCSA’s lead and become a member of US Sailing today. In addition to receiving a discounted membership through the MVP Program, US Sailing membership provides you with dozens of member benefits including:
- Access to the new Racing Rules of Sailing app
- Discounts up to 70% from US Sailing partners like West Marine, Sailing World & Cruising World Magazines, Boat US, ExpertVoice, Zim Sailing, TropicSport Sunscreen, United Airlines, and many more!
- Access to exclusive marine insurance offerings from Gowrie Group including One Design boat insurance and SailorsHealth insurance
When purchasing your new or renewed membership, please be sure to use mvpprogram.ussailing.org to purchase through the MVP program and access your savings. We hope you will join us in our partnership with US Sailing and thank you for your commitment to both our sport and our CCSA community.
Regards,
Leszek Vincent (CCSA Commodore)
