Applicant understands that sailing is a hazardous and dangerous activity and shall release CCSA and its members, officers, and directors from any and all liability which may arise from the use of CCSA owned boats. Applicant further understands that they are solely responsible to secure their own insurance coverage as they desire, for the use of any sailboat (either CCSA owned or privately owned). 

I agree to abide by the By-laws and Code of Conduct of the Capital City Sailing Association (CCSA). As CCSA is a member of the US Sailing organization, all of our sailing activities are conducted under the latest edition of the Racing Rules of Sailing. I also agree that I will have insurance as stipulated above and will conform to all City and State law, Racing Rules of Sailing, and CCSA regulations. I further agree that Capital City Sailing Association cannot be held responsible for any injuries or liabilities incurred by my family, my guests, my property, or me.
